The procedure for consideration of public сommunications is determined in the Regulations for consideration of investor addresses and investment project support based upon a one-stop principle across the territory of the city of Sevastopol ("Regulations").

Objectives: assisting initiators of investment projects   investment project support   receiving state support

The list of questions on Investor address to the Authorized Authority:

• identification of land plots for the project implementation;
• interaction with the federal state authorities, executive state authorities of the city of Sevastopol, local self-governments and other organizations;
• immediate organization of negotiations, meetings, sessions, consultancies aimed at resolving the issues arisen in the process of implementing the investment project;
• conduct of negotiation procedures in course of implementing the investment project within the timeline established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the city of Sevastopol;
• shortening the time for consideration of issues arisen in the course of implementing the investment project;
• provision of assistance on inclusion of industrial parks of the city of Sevastopol into the structure of residents;
• provision of informational support;
• provision of public support to investors in accordance with the currently governing legislation of the Russian Federation, the city of Sevastopol;
• provision of other forms of support in accordance with the currently governing legislation of the Russian Federation, the city of Sevastopol.
