No more than 65% (not including value added tax, except for agricultural commodity producers exercising the right to tax exemption associated with the calculation and payment of value added tax, partial compensation of which is conducted according to the amount of expenses on the purchasing of goods (works, services), including the amount of value added tax) of actual incurred costs.
