Non-financial support
The following are attributed to non-financial support measures:
conclusion of agreements on cooperation between organizations/entities of Russia and Government of Sevastopol or other executive public authority of the city of Sevastopol;
arrangement of workshops, conferences, exhibitions and forums on the matters of investment and economic activities;
participation in the Russian and international exhibitions, forums, presentations, congresses aimed at attracting investments to the economy of the city of Sevastopol;
promotion of investment projects at the Russian and international levels for the purpose of attracting investors to the economy of the city of Sevastopol;
provision of methodological and organizational support by the Department of economic development of the city of Sevastopol;
informational & consultancy support to SMEs of NCO "Sevastopol fund for support of business entities" including free tuition and consultancy on establishment and conduct of business for entrepreneurs; conduct of marketing research, audit of marketing plans, guidelines on business development and promotion.
