The IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, which is the central event in the cultural life of the country, will be held during November 12-14, 2020.
The Forum is an international platform for meetings, open dialogue, and exchange of experience between specialists in the field of culture and cultural policy, government officials, politicians, and businessmen from different countries.
Among the main goals of the Forum, there are the following ones: development of international cooperation in the field of culture; preservation and development of Russian culture as the country’s most important strategic resource; support for cultural initiatives; affirmation of the high prestige of Russian culture; ensuring maximum accessibility of cultural and spiritual values; familiarizing the younger generation with the heritage of the world and national culture; positioning St. Petersburg as one of the “cultural capitals” of the world.
