A loan agreement between the Industry Development Fund of the city of Sevastopol and LLC "Crimventilation" was signed on the site of the Center "My business" on December 15.
According to the terms of the agreement, the loan was committed for the total amount of five million two hundred thousand Euros. The agreement was executed under the program "Technological re-equipment" within the framework of co-financing the project "Upgrading of manufacture in metalwork shop"; interest rate on the loan makes 4% per annum for the term of five years.
According to the above mentioned financial program the loan amount can be used for:
- establishment of a new enterprise/manufacture or technological re-equipment of and upgrading of the existing manufacture;
- acquisition for ownership of the Russian and/or foreign industrial equipment;
- acquisition for ownership of the equipment meant for electro, water, gas and heat supply of the manufacture;
- acquisition of special equipment directly used in the manufacturing activities.
The Industry Development Fund of the city of Sevastopol also developed the programs of co-financing the projects with the Industry Development Fund of RF under the terms of which the loans varying from 10 to 100 million rubles for a period of five years and interest rate from 1 to 5% per annum can be disbursed.
The said loan was issued under the support of the Guarantee Fund of the city of Sevastopol standing as a guarantor for LLC "Crimventilation" before the Industry Development Fund of the city of Sevastopol.
