A new large-scale construction is expected in the village of Lyubimovka in Sevastopol: a resort with several hundred apartments and hotel rooms is planned to be built on the coast. A project of the construction company Specialized Developer Carbon was approved at the meeting of the city planning council.
The hotel and apartments will be built in the area where the Belbek river flows into the sea. Since 2019, this land plot has been under long-term lease for construction and maintenance of hotels.
The building footprint is 4,925 square meters, and the total area of the resort is 28,000 square meters. There will be 481 rooms and 177 parking spaces.
A historical and cultural study and an engineering survey have been conducted, technical specifications have been obtained, and the issue of utilities has been resolved. In particular, local sewage disposal facilities with a total capacity of 200 cubic meters will be provided.
Approximately 4.5 billion rubles are expected to be invested in the project.
