My Business Center in Sevastopol hosted the annual forum Dialogue with business. During the event, officials introduced a report on behalf of Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. It covered tax and non-tax revenues of the city budget, the development of small and medium-sized businesses, key indicators of the free economic zone, interregional cooperation and other issues.
Thus, the growth rate of revenues to the city budget for 11 months of 2023 amounted to 122.2%. 623 new jobs were created in the free economic zone, which is 13.6% of the total number of jobs in the city. The volume of shipped goods in industry amounted to 21.3 billion rubles or 118.4% as compared to 11 months of 2022.
The indicator climbed more than threefold, from 17.4 billion in 2021 to 54 billion rubles in 2022, as part of the execution of President Vladimir Putin’s instruction to draw in off-budget investments for 2022. It should be highlighted that in 2023, a record 2.129 billion rubles were provided for company development under the Sevastopol Guarantee Fund’s guarantee. Moreover, in 2023, banks restructured 30+ commercial loans worth about 300 million rubles, and during the same period, Sevastopol residents were able to get more favorable conditions for almost 400 household loans amounted to 140 million rubles.
